Surviving Major Depression

A Major Depressive Disorder is mysterious and vexing. The afflicted often ponder the possible triggers finding none.

Depression can hit sudden, hard and painfully linger, or can ebb and flow as gently as the tides.

Like all things in this life depression has a beginning and an end. It is here for a time and then it is gone.

And therein lies the secret to surviving Major Depression. It is the Knowing that Depression will end.
