The Upper Room of Erie, Inc is a daytime shelter for the homeless in downtown Erie, PA. We are located at 1024 Peach Street, South Entrance. Since opening in 1995, we have welcomed ¼ million men, women and children from the streets. Services are free of charge and open to all.
