<title>More chances given by Second Chance Computer @theMHA</title>

On March 16, 2012, three more Erie County residents received personal computers as a result of completing the 2nd Chance Computers &#64;the MHA program. 
A computer recycling program developed by LuAnn Gossett has gifted 25 donated computers to date to area residents helping to bridge the rapidly growing gap in society often referred to as the ‘&#39;digital divide’&#39;.
